MURRAY LEADER, Passenger Focus

The speaker from
Passenger Focus will now be Murray Leader - in substitution for Anthony
Smith who is unable to be present.

Having looked after rail passengers for many years Passenger Focus was also
given a role for bus passengers seven years ago, and has undertaken very useful
survey work into the needs, aspirations and attitudes of bus passengers
throughout England to inform Government policy. Now the organisation is
taking on a similar role for all road users.
